Looks beautiful-sounds terrible

The chimes for O Holy Night are broken or misaligned as every note sounds flat or sharp. It’s awful! It looks really pretty on our mantle but I will never use the sound feature. Disappointed for sure as I had my eye on this for awhile.

Beautiful. I bought these for my grandchildren for Christmas. I buy them Lenox items for Christmas every year.

Poor customer service; apparent deceptive ad.

Product is great. Macy's service was horrible. They advertised that the product would arrive before Christmas. Then the shipping notice indicated it would not arrive until after Christmas. Macy refused to cancel the order and refund the cost.

very Disappointed with Macy’s customer service

I purchased this beautiful globe after last season while it was on sale. I own other globes from Reed and Barton and they are just lovely. When this item arrived in April I took it out of the Macys’s brown box but kept the globe closed in its original box to keep is safely stored for Christmas this year. Excited to open it this Christmas season only to find the globe is intact but missing water and the pieces are floating around. Very sad :( I called customer service and the 1st call went well and they understood the situation and because I am an Elite Macys Member they said they would send me a new one! I was so happy and thankful! 2 wks later and no new product. I called Macy’s to see what is going on. Only to learn that there are no notes from my prior call. The supervisor told me that because the return is out of the 30 day window there is nothing she can do for me!!!! Very Angry!!!! I will call Reed & Barton for help! Since Macy’s can’t do right by their customer!
