I received these flops as a result of a warranty issue. However, they run smaller then my previous pair. Not sure how to proceed form here.

I was a big fan of the previous version of these shoes, and - despite the reviews - had been hoping that these would be similar enough to replace the ones that are getting worn out since you don't make the very comfortable previous version anymore. Besides the arch support, the thing I've always loved about my Reefs was the material used to go between my toes. it was not rigid, and didn't cause discomfort. I was dismayed to find that the new version has rubber (or some other type of plastic/silicone material) between the toes now, rather than the "ribbon-like" material of the previous versions (still used on the Gingers), which is pretty UNcomfortable. Unfortunately, I hadn't noticed this before I took the tags off the two pairs I bought, so I'm now stuck with them. PLEASE bring back the old Stargazer shoes. This is NOT an improvement and a lot of people feel the same way!

I've been buying the Reef Stargazer for many years.These are made differently. The straps seem like the fit in a different spot than before. And the space between the 2 straps seem to be more narrow than before.Im so disappointed as these have always been my "Go To" sandals.

definitely not like my previous pair. They are no longer soft on the bottom anymore, but very firm. don’t like these anymore.

I formerly had the older style of footbed- like more of a cushiony foam- and was diss appointed in this new footbed. It’s comfortable but my feet and legs get tired after 30 minutes if wearing these. I could literally go all day in my previous pair. Cute sandals- but they don’t compare at all with the comfort if the older model

Narrow and slippery. Foot comes out. Nothing like a croc that holds my foot in the flip flop snugly

If you have narrow feet (AA-AAA), you know how hard it is to find shoes, much less flip flops. Considering limited choices, these are very good. What would make them great, would be if they had wider straps.

I bought this pair and the Bliss Nights pair expecting them to be cushiony as their product description and some of their Reviewers have stated. It is thin and stiff. What a major disappointment.
