Lack of customer service
My lamps that I ordered are approximately 10 days late from the delivery schedule. I cannot contact anyone at Macy’s that can help me. I have no idea what’s going on. They will not contact me horrible customer service. I’m not buy from Macy’s online again.

INCOMPETENCE
I've never dealt with a more incompetent company. The lamps were suppose to be delivered July 30 and as of August 6 they still have not arrived. What's worse, is, I've spoken with 4 different people and spent over 1 hour on the phone with no help and no solution as to why my delivery has not been made. Still no answers or resolution but they had no problem charging my credit card

Lamps
I recently purchased two table lamps from Macy’s that, at first glance, look fantastic. They have a stylish design that resembles ceramic, adding a nice touch to my decor. However, upon closer inspection and handling, I realized the material is actually plastic, which feels quite cheap to the touch. While they look great visually, I found them to be a bit pricey for the quality you get. If you’re going for aesthetics and don’t mind the plastic feel, these might work for you. Otherwise, you might want to consider other options. I would not recommend buying this.

Just OK
Kept them because the size is perfect; I needed something of a decent height that can't easily be knocked over because I have pets. However, they are definitely some sort of material, so "terra cotta" must refer to the color rather than the material. It's a bit misleading, but partly on me because I should have read the description more closely. I disagree with other reviewers and find that because of the material they look a bit cheaper than I'd like, but again, given the price point I should have managed expectations because they were definitely affordable.
