Great Luggage.

Great Luggage. Best luggage I've brought. No problems other than wear and tear from airline handlers.

poor design

To anyone thinking about buying this. please note you get what you pay for. which is why it gets 2 stars and not 1. They are a great design and have a sleek look BUT the handles are absolutely terrible. I had 2 uses out of the ones I purchased when I started to have issues. the handles are poorly designed and are a cheap. I previously had Calvin Klein and will definitely go back to that brand.

WORST PURCHASE EVER !!

Please DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! the bag broke down on my first trip. Wasn’t even able to return as I purchased this set in august and travelled in January. The return policy is just 30 days! Worst purchase ever !!

I used my "hardside" luggage for the first time on a trip to asia last month and the hardside broke in route. Is is possible to replace the broken luggage or get a refund?

Broke on first trip

On the first trip, the shell cracked around one wheel. I was glad I got it through the trip and home but I would not trust it for a second trip. The handles have a lot of twist when the bag is full -- does not make me confident. I will contact the manufacturer about the "lifetime" warranty but also think I am going back to Travelpro.

Beautiful luggage set

I purchased this luggage set for my sister and her fiancé who are getting married in July. Honeymooning on an Alaskan Cruise! I have only seen it online and it looks gorgeous, I am hoping it looks exactly like the picture
