Just ok

Wasn’t what I thought it was. Not fluffy enough

Not what I ordered

I ordered Pacific Coast pillow #32751. What came up looked like my old pillow but item details did not show what it was made of. Mine is inner chamber consisting of 76% duck feather outer chamber 24% down. What I received was down alternative polyester filled Reg No NC3793. No packing slip inside the box and I must have deleted my original order number email once I started getting the UPS info. Since I cannot request a return without the order number I guess I will make a trip to Macy’s to see if they will return, or exchange for what I actually ordered. BTW It would not allow me to upload photI.
