Item returned but no refund

I retuned this item, but consumer saying there is damage on the return and cannot be sell to another customer and consumer said they are going to send me back, till now I did not receive this item, I lost money and I lost item as well. This is very bad experience with consumer from Macy’s portal. The quality of the product was very poor, I will never recommend this one to anyone.

Modern and great looking at a great price.

It looks fantastic! Took some time to build but it was repetitive enough to be easy to build after a few steps repeated.
