Returned shoes never got my refund back

I followed the instructions and returned my shoes to a ups store, they did not do it right and I got the shoes delivered to my house again, I had to go again to an ups store and returned then again, after all that I never received my refund.

Worst Company

Purchased this item at the sales price but was charged the original price. Tried getting the price adjusted and was told no. Will be also filing a complaint with the BBB and also looking at legal advise. This company is not suppose to be surviving the public with zero customer service and right out dishonesty on billing. Macy’s need to also do better with their partners as if I had known it was not through Macys directly I would have never purchased.

Love Them Shoes

The green strap sandles are so totally comfortable, I wore them all day while traveling and my feet felt so good when I finally took them off. The black lace heels look so good with my black lace dress, love them!!
