Bad quality and scratches very easily
I have an older Ricardo and it is way sturdier than the new one I bought. This one scratches and scrapes very easily. I understand luggage will get all the abuse when you travel, but my other set has survived 10+ trips including internationals, and this one looks all banged up and old in 2 trips! Too delicate! Very disappointed in the purchase. It's outside of the return window, otherwise would have returned it.
Returned product - pieces didn't work
Piece or junk - the retractable handle would not budge and would not go up so it was useless. Supposed to have all been checked. The slider for the USB wasn't so great either. Returned it the next day after testing out the parts. Looked nice inside though with plenty of space - hence the one star!

Great Luggage
Great carry on luggage. Spacious. Lightweight. Not made cheaply at all. Not sure what you all do with your luggage but if you travel w/ it and not use it for WW3, it’ll last you a while. Going on 3 years and over 20 trips. Take care of your stuff and it’ll take care of you
Review Update
Please refer to my previous review. I'm taking away a star due to a problem with the lining. The lining has a zipper that pulled apart, revealing the hard side. There does not appear to be a way to close the zipper so I'm assuming it is fixed and not meant to be unzipped. I tried contacting Macy's which was a waste of time since it was past the 30 days to return an item. I was told by Macy's rep to contact the manufacturer. I contacted Ricardo about a week ago and have not heard back. I'm disappointed with the product but also with Macy's. When you sell something under the Macy's name, there should be some level of ownership over the items you sell.
Not perfect
This luggage has a lot going for it. I love the spacious interior and the interior design. Wheels are great. the handle is a smidge flimsy when fully extended. I have a full sized hard sided Ricardo which I am quite happy with. As another reviewer mentioned there’s no side handle making it extremely difficult to hoist into the upper storage bins.

Second Thoughts
Very Cute and Light but cheaply made. It made it through the trip, but I don't really trust on the next go.
