Please refer to my previous review. I'm taking away a star due to a problem with the lining. The lining has a zipper that pulled apart, revealing the hard side. There does not appear to be a way to close the zipper so I'm assuming it is fixed and not meant to be unzipped. I tried contacting Macy's which was a waste of time since it was past the 30 days to return an item. I was told by Macy's rep to contact the manufacturer. I contacted Ricardo about a week ago and have not heard back. I'm disappointed with the product but also with Macy's. When you sell something under the Macy's name, there should be some level of ownership over the items you sell.
