Good quality! But I ordered a 26” but …..

The suitcase construction was fine, but I ordered a 26”. What I received was huge and my measurement was 28”, so I returned it. Too big for my average usage.

Big Mistake

It would have been better if the luggage i received didn't have Marshalls tags on it and if each of the 3 pieces had been priced approximately $50 lower on the Marshalls tags. I called CSR, returned and Macys returned them back to me saying it wasn't their merchandise. Duh that's why I returned. Called and returned again, waiting on refund

SWITCH-A-ROO!!! Buy the higher$$$, Get the lower$

One item was on the receipt. Another was in the box. They APPEARED to be the same item. They were by the same designer. I was sent a less expensive version. How do I know? I returned it. I went to the store and all had to go to difference registers and show all kinds of proof of purchase because when they scanned the receipt versus the tag on the item, they didn’t match. I WILL NOT EVER DO MACY’S ONLINE AGAIN.
