A Little Letdown
I have to say that I am not as happy with this product as I thought I would be. The unit doesn't fit well in the bracket. It doesn't click in at the bottom at all. I feel like it won't take much for it to fall off or be taken off. Also, the only way that I am axle to hear the doorbell is if I set my notifications on my phone to sound like a doorbell and that's not hearing the actual doorbell. Turns out that I have to buy another device for inside my house that costs as much as the main unit itself just for it to chime inside where I can hear the doorbell. There's also a significant delay (and yes, I have adjusted the settings) in the time that someone is at your door and when the system senses that someone is there and more delay until you are notified. I feel like the older models work better and Blink works better than Ring. All I can say positive is it looks nice and the battery stays charged for more than a day. Overall, completely disappointed. I wasted my money on this purchase and it only makes it worse that this was supposed to help me feel safer in my home.
A great bit of security kit
A great piece of kit. Even at nighttime I have a great view of what is going on at my front door. Easy for my husband to install as a complete novice, and I get notifications everytime there is movement. This also has a speaker so I can talk to delivery drivers when I am away from the house. There is a small subscription every month to use the camera element and keep viewing from an app which I wasn’t aware of at purchase but it’s the price you pay for piece of mind.

Amazing quality
I like to use ring. I can see when I’m expecting a delivery. It’s easy to install. It has good video quality. It worth the price. It has a good battery life. Good to check your surroundings around your home.

Good quality for the price
I have used Ring and it's easy to install and the video quality is decent. My only downfall is how sensitive it is. The battery life doesn't last very long but other than that it's a good quality camera.

safety
We own a few ring devices. It is hardwired so the battery life lasts forever. It is wonderful to know when somebody is entering the entrance way of our home and if we're not home we can speak to the people at the door. One of the features I love on the doorbell ring is there is different sayings that you can have the ring doorbell say and during the holidays they change I love that feature my husband doesn't but I do I think it's cute and funny at times

Best security device you will need
Really easy to install and video quality excellent. Motion detection can click on at any moment so very sensitive. We downloaded the app where we can watch and have peace of mind that our house is secure. Battery life is fab

Horrible
If I can give no stars I will, I am not able to review the item bcs guess what? I never received it. But wait the box got delivered to my house with NOTHING inside and while making the claim they said they have proof of delivery! Yeah me too! Still with nothing inside the box. Horrible experience no help! Now I’m fighting with Macys so no I do not recommend buying from these fraudulent people!
