Vac/ mop miracle for High Gloss floors
Best purchase I've ever made. I have high gloss floors that were driving me absolutely crazy. It's like having mirrors for floors. Maddening! I've tried numerous cleaners, and I fully expected that I have to return this unit. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. Roborock exceeded my highest expectations. The cleaning process is so easy now, as it vacuums and mops at the same time. I don't see hardly any streaks and the unit is so easy to use that I don't mind getting it out every other day just to see how clean I can get my floors. I know it sounds crazy but I actually enjoy cleaning my floors now. The only thing that it doesn't do is remove stubborn caked on substances. Seriously, if you want clean floors with minimal effort, this is the unit for you!

Not as good as I expected, meh
I bought this in November and have only used it a handful of times and I expected it to work a lot better than it does. When using it I usually use Eco mode to try to prolong the battery, well, that doesn't help much because I can't even get 1 room finished without the battery dying. I have to empty the dirty tank numerous times for it to continue to work (I have cats and dogs) but it barely gets an inch of water in the dirty tank and I have to empty it. It also leaves wet puddle streaks when I put it in an upright position and turn it off for a few seconds. It doesn't clean the dirtier spots unless I go over them many, many times. I bought this thing to try to have to use a mop less due to back problems and save time but it's quicker to use a mop and bucket and get the job done faster than having to stop every few minutes to empty a tank and have to use a mop anyway because the battery died. Should have gone with a different brand, not thrilled.

Not accessible
Does not clean as expected for the price, I wish I never purchased I tried to be patient but no luck
Easy to use
I usually don’t write reviews but I absolutely love this vacuum mop. I’ve had this vacuum for about 1month now and I don’t t regret my purchase. It’s easy to use leaves my floors clean. I love that it vacuums and mops at the same time saving time. After use and docking the self cleaning is so good the roller is rinsed and dried with no odor. My co-workers have also purchased after hearing me talk about it and they love it as well. Good buy for your money.

Impressed
I'm actually impressed with this, it was easy to assemble and cleans very well. Self clean mode is incredible though a little loud but it really does self clean. The dirty water tank in the only down side it could be better but every other feature is great.

Gamer Changer!
Game changer for our house. I've had the mop/vac for a few months now and we use it almost daily. We have 7 people in our home and with lots of foot traffic. It has significantly helped in keeping our hardwoods nice and clean!!

Great until it wasn't
It was great for 15 months until the suction stopped working, now it goes to a landfill. I expect a device like this to last longer.

Response from us.roborock.com
Dear customer, I hope you have been doing well. We are sorry to hear that your machine has poor suction. We understand how disappointing this situation must be, especially when you were expecting to use it right away. To ensure you receive the best possible assistance, we kindly recommend that you check whether the roller brush, dirty tank, and dirty water inlet are clogged with any debris and gently rinse the related inlet/air duct areas with running water, while also confirming that the bottom rubber strip is not damaged or bent and that the dirty tank and filter are properly installed. If you need any assistance, kindly reach out to our dedicated customer service team via support-us@roborock.com or by phone at 1-855-960-4321. We would appreciate the opportunity to better understand your experience and do our best to provide appropriate support. Best regards, Roborock Customer Support Team
