Overall a good cleaning robot!

We bought the machine about 1.5 years ago. In general love it, but sometimes it doesn't clean the corners very well. We do have 2 dogs so their fur do tend to get stuck in the roller section and sometimes in the suction before entering the waste bag. At this point we would have to manually unclog the area. But overall it does clean and vacuum pretty good, just sometimes I would have to mop again after the machine has passed. After 1.5 year the front wheel did break off the wheel detaches when it goes over furnitures.

Doesn't clean, and self destructs.

This dock and vacuum are super problematic. I have the white version, so keep that in mind. Initially, the vacuum had massive problems picking up dirt and debris, and left dirty spots all over the floor. I can see that it's getting the tile wet, but things like dried drops of coffee will still be there after multiple passes. Then, about 6 months after purchasing the vacuum random pieces started breaking off. First the clips that hold on the ramp, then the ramp it's self, now the clips that hold in the roller. It's like the plastic is disintegrating. Support has been decent enough to send out replacement pieces for the pieces that have broken, but made me ship the whole dock back to get it repaired. My only concern is that if it's falling apart now (after 6 months) how is support going to react after a year is up and I'm not under warranty anymore? What's more, the plastic pieces that have broken off have gotten caught in the rollers and now it's trashed, too. I do not recommend this vacuum. Buy one that doesn't fall apart.

Performance

Often leaves smal pieces of dirt on the floor. Sweeping a lot under the edge of rugs, rather than vacuuming them.

Great RoboRock vacuum and mop combo

I bought a robo Rock vacuum and mop combo. So far I love it. It works great and it's so easy to use. When the mop heads get dirty it goes back to the base and cleans them and then returns where it left off to continue the rest of the floors. Great product.

Roborock Qrevo Pro

So, after much consideration, comparing and contrasting, and researching what would work best for my home, I’m very happy with my purchase. Very much surprised to see that this unit was on sale and available for me to purchase through Macy’s. It’s taking me a minute to figure it out, how it works and how it’s mapping my home, but it worth it. While it’s mapping my home right now, I’m learning about my unit and spending my realizing ohhhh that’s how it’s being done lol. Overall excited and my son, who’s 11, was very helpful and ecstatic to help me put it together. Love it

Great Robot Vaccum

I'm really impressed with this robot! The floor mapping is spot-on, and its cleaning performance met my expectations. I was particularly happy to see it detect heavily soiled areas and automatically go over them again – it made a noticeable difference! It even manages to clean corners effectively, which is a big plus. The only downside is that it's a bit noisier than I'd like.
