Got it last week, so far used it twice, quite impressed. Would definitely recommend.

Does not work
I tried to start the machine couple times does not work. I called customer technical support, they told me something is wrong and suggests me to return. I find out it is 2022 model. I don’t recommend this product, totally waste my time! I want to give 0 star!
Disappointed
Breaks after 1 year. I received a replacement after my first one broke because it was still under warranty. One year later, the replacement doesn’t dock on its own or mop. I cleaned it weekly and replaced the parts as recommended. Not worth it at all and will be going with a different brand.

We received recommendations that this is the best
We were so expecting a good product but this is not it. We clean the floor every time we at least get a vacuum cleaner. We tried resetting the vacuum cleaner several times and adjusting the most optimal settings but it's just not worth it. Very disappointed.
Love my Roborock!
I have had many other brands of robot vacuums but nothing compares to the Roborock. They have taken all the work out of keeping your floors clean! Absolutely love that it's self-cleaning and there's nothign I have to change out between vaccuuming and mopping. One and done!

Would be a 5 star rating, except the app is difficult to use.
I would have given the Roborock S7 Max Ultra a 5, but I am not fond of the app. I find it difficult to use, navigate and just not very user friendly. Sorry, the vacuum and dock are awesome and do a great job, but the app is difficult to use.
