My Enduring Favorites

These are fantastic shoes and was so happy to find them not only available at Macy's, but more attractively priced than elsewhere. I'm wearing a pair right now, and would happily continue to buy them for the remainder of my days. PROS: All day comfort (ca. 10K steps per day), fast break in, great winter traction, classic styling, laces stay tied, they dress up or down, roomy toe box but not overly so, and happy feet. CONS (Only one): I have to polish these shoes more than any other pairs in my life; at least once weekly, with daily office wear. A PITA, but totally worth it. I am stocking up now against the day they are no longer available. The ones in the photo have seen daily wear (every day of the week) since late November (a little over 6 months and in snow country) and they show little signs of wear beyond the subtle toe crease. I'll say it again; Love them! I hope Rockport keeps them forever in rotation.
