New Lockport's?

I ordered new dress/casual Rockport shoes. I opened the box to discover the shoes looked way too big. I checked the sizing on the box which showed 11 XW (extra wide), I ordered 11 W (wide). Maybe the ran out of 11 wide and if the did should have just canceled the order! So I returned the shoes to my local Macys here in Tucson, AZ. But the Tucson Macys does not carry a selection of sizes like they use to several years ago. Will not reorder from Macys!
