shipping

Ill go back to purchasing clothes, shoes, etc at the store. Shipping is slow, getting slower, and unreliable date of arrival, I don't agree with the excuses we receive, shipping issues, the weather, and insufficient staffing, it most likely will get worse. Hope my store remains open.

Horrible laces

This shoe is very stiff and the lace that comes with it is impossible to stay firmly knotted for a day’s wear. It comes off often and the shoe gets loose. If not for the 30-day warranty rule, I would return this and get my money back. I love Rockport shoes, this is the worst I have worn.

Botched

Macy's botched the order and the wrong size was shipped to me. I had to waste time cleaning up the Macy's error and then I had to drive about 15 miles to return the shoes to a Macy's store. A real waste of time!
