The Desert Boots
Note: These are not the Coyote Brown you are looking for. If your unit allows org clothing for hot desert weather AOR, this it boys and girls. Stable ankles support, robust sole, good grip. This requires almost no break in period. Not the best air circulation but there's another boot for that. Again, make sure your unit allows this color.

Amazing boot
I have had 2 pairs of these boots (one pair was steel toe). I wore them as a wildland firefighter (and avid hiker). Great because they dry quick, are lightweight, have good traction, and I have never gotten blisters wearing them. The only problem I have with these boots is that I've ripped the toe and side seam open on them twice while working on the fireline. Otherwise great boot.

Very happy with these boots
Needed these boots for working long days, and nights in very hot, rough terrain. Best boots that I have found..!! I can sum up how I feel about these boots with one four letter work.. I Love these boots.. Wish I had them when I was active duty.. On a day off I put these boot under running water and brushed them off, and let dry overnight. Still look like new.. I am very happy with these boots.. Love the desert tan color, over the coyote brown color. Match my kaki color work clothes perfect.. A lot of people were interested in these boots..

These Boots Are Great
I bought these boots 6 days ago and they are amazing! They have so many great features and very little problems. When you buy these boots the laces come very long, and you will want to clip them and burn the tips to prevent fraying. I also noticed you have a break in period that may take a little, but over all great quality!

Durable
I bought my first pair and they were like walking on clouds. I mostly wore them for military weekend drills. After getting out I only wore them occasionally for camping or whatever. I then used them for about 2 years as daily work boots at UPS. All in all I have had this same pair for 10 years and loved them the whole time. One of the eyelets has worn down and cuts the lace and the sole on my right boot is now falling off. Both heels are worn through. They are falling apart. But 10 years?! I think these boots pass the value test.

The worst craftsmanship
I ordered these boots as a gift for someone who couldn't find them in their country. The boots are in such terrible state they look like they have been chewed by dogs. The stiching has already fallen apart. Boots have a smooth surface in some areas (as should be) while the others looks like it's lost its wax or protective layer and was dragged along a cement wall. The damage is such that the boot is highly unlikely to be waterproof. The same is for the inner of the top of the boot where the laces are woven. The only way I can explain this embarrassment of a military grade boot is through pictures.
