The ROCKY S2V Tactical Military Boot is a Berry Compliant Coyote Brown boot that stands up to tough conditions and is comfortable to wear. This uniform-compliant boot is approved for wear with all applicable Operational Camouflage Pattern variations. Made of flash-resistant, water-resistant leather and 1,000-denier CORDURA nylon, this combat boot is coated for flame resistance. Drainage vents with advanced S2V Sieve technology circulate air in and push water out, allowing your feet to dry quickly in these military boots. The durable, triple-stitched military boot stays together through wear and tear, and reduces ankle injuries with Roll-Stop Ankle Stability. The stretch LYCRA tongue hugs your foot for a secure fit. This tactical boot has a Vibram sole with proprietary high walls and a polyurethane midsole. Inside the footwear are features that make this a comfortable boot. Berry Compliant Moisture Wicking Lining wicks away moisture.

Great comfort

This is my sixth set of these boots, my absolute favorite, for ruck marching, and daily wear; requiring zero break in, they are comfortable right out of the box. One complaint I have and maybe this is a trade off for the comfort is that I only get about 9 months and the soles are shot, worn through a very expensive boot to replace every 9 months.

Best boots on the market.

Easily the best boots I’ve ever worn. They’re light and comfortable out of the box with minimal break in period. I can’t believe I subjected my feet to standard issue boots for 8 years before buying these.

Frustrated

I’ve worn the same style Rocky boots for several years. I’ve always worn Rockies because their wide size is wide. They’ve changed the size of wide and it’s not as wide as before and squeezes my feet.

Get what you pay for

This Boot is rather pricey, but one needs to ask themselves what they can afford and what price do you pay for comfort and wearability. This type of boot is used by the U.S.N., and possibly other Branches of service. It's not only a durable comfortable boot but it is stylish for everywhere wear. I had a difficult time finding the "Right fit" (Size), but Rocky was very easy to work with regarding exchanges and credits. As long as these boots are made to the specs they are today, I will buy them again and again. Everyone's feet and wear are different, so this is my feet talking.

Excellent Boot, Very Comfortable All Day!

I have had these boots for about 6 months now. So far, they are fantastic. Very comfortable for all day wear & hard work. Seem very durable, but the jury will be out on that until they last a couple of years. As long as they continue to hold up, I will definitely buy another pair!

Awesome boots

These boots survived being submerged every day and put on the boot dryer every night for three months straight. They drain and dry quickly, they did not come apart at all.

Best for off-trail hiking

I've been using S2Vs for a few years now. They're my go-to boots for off-trail hiking, land navigation, uneven terrain, etc. They aren't my #1 for speed rucks on flat roads, but for everything else they're my #1
