Rocky TMC Postal-Approved - GREAT BUY

I bought these close to a month ago for my new career as a mail carrier and I am so glad I did. These shoes are very comfortable for the nonstop walking. They have been approved for the job and i definitly plan to return for another pair in the future.

Wides are not very wide

First boots I bought one was way wider than the other. Sent them back, ordered new pair. This pair is even tighter than the last pair.

New manufacturer?

I have bought several pairs of these in a wide width and had no problems with them. Now all of a sudden these so-called wide width shoes are too tight and uncomfortable. I tried them several different times after this company made some changes. I won't ever buy from them again.

Not super comfortable

I’ve been wearing these boots to work for a month. I walk, stoop, and climb all shift. For the first week they dug into the top of my foot, but I think that’s subsided through the break-in. The boot’s soles feel bulky, and I feel lifted in the heel a bit. I call them my ‘Herman Munster’ boots. I feel like I had to adjust my gait in them. Now a month in and I’m experiencing new knee pain. For reference, I wore issued black leather troop boots for several years, and they seemed more practical for work and comfortable. I will say I like the leather and look of these boots. I want to love them because they’re USA made. They have protected my ankles from the heavy carts at work.

Mixed Review

I bought these boots for my daughter who is a carrier for USPS. She got huge blisters on the top of her toes. She said he bottom is comfortable but the top cuts into her toes every day.

deffective

I bought these boots through my employer's uniform program. They are defective. The stitches fell out. The shoe lace grommets are defective. They have spikes that stick out and tear my socks and the tongue of the shoe ripped. I tried to return them, but since I bought them from a uniform program there is no warranty.
