WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAD THE RETURN THE ITEM. IT SAYS VENDOR RECEIVED THE ITEM A MONTH AGO AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. MACYS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DOES NOT GIVE INFORMATION, AND NOBODY ANSWERS WHEN THE MONEY WILL BE RETURNED. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR AS MACYS DOES NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION WHEN NEEDED. WORSE PURCHASE EVER. I HAVE WASTED MORE THAN ONE HOUR ON THE PHONE WITH MACYS.

Cute but thin

It’s a cute, casual rain jacket. I’m 5’5, 127 lbs and usually wear a size 4/6 and it fit perfectly but I’d say on the snug side because even though it’s lined, it’s very thin and you’d definitely have to wear a sweater underneath for colder rainy days. I wore it on a 59° rainy day over a sweatshirt but any colder and it would have been too thin. I’m not sure why it was so expensive, even on sale. I never heard of this brand.

This is a great jacket with lots of features. I needed something for a European trip that was stylish but functional and compact to pack. Perfect!

Hooded Rain Jacket

The jacket arrived on time and as promised. The jacket is light weight but appears to be durable. I ordered it 2x so I could layer other clothing under it.

Very nice jacket

This is a very nice rain jacket. I love the fabric because it is soft and does not make a lot of noise like some raincoats do. I like that you have the option to cinch it in at the waistline, however, I wish those were on the interior of the coat instead of the outside. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it.

good choice

This jacket is very cute, lined and waterproof. Glad I purchased. I usually take an XS. Smallest size offered was a small. Fits fine. So I think it runs a little small.
