The necklace rope chain is very nice, but ordered a 16" necklace and delivered a 14". Not happy with the length difference.

Breaks very easily, not worth it.

This necklace broke the first day I wore it. I went to adjust its placement, a very gentle pull, and it broke. Very disappointed.

Flimsy

I love the look of the necklace but the clasp broke less than 90 days after receipt (outside of the return period). Glad I caught it on sale and didn't suffer too much of a financial loss.

Disappointed

Truthfully, I wasn’t offered a zero or i would have chosen that. I ordered the gold chain & received a silver chain with a gray pearl & matching earrings, I called to say I received the wrong item & reordered the gold chain. I returned the original order to a local store. When I received the 2nd order it was a pearl silver ring. Again I called customer service to say I received the wrong item and will not reorder for a 3rd disappointment. I returned the 2nd wrong item to the local store for a second credit on my Macy’s card. I do not like to be critical, but in this case, I must be. One mistake can be overlooked, but two mistakes cannot be overlooked.
