Disappointed

Truthfully, I wasn’t offered a zero or i would have chosen that. I ordered the gold chain & received a silver chain with a gray pearl & matching earrings, I called to say I received the wrong item & reordered the gold chain. I returned the original order to a local store. When I received the 2nd order it was a pearl silver ring. Again I called customer service to say I received the wrong item and will not reorder for a 3rd disappointment. I returned the 2nd wrong item to the local store for a second credit on my Macy’s card. I do not like to be critical, but in this case, I must be. One mistake can be overlooked, but two mistakes cannot be overlooked.

Bad clasp

Necklace is nice however the clasp is small and gets stuck open. Cheaply made.

Learned the hard way

I generally do not wear jewelry I wanted a chain for a special occasion. I bought this rope chain online at what seemed like a big discount. The chain was extremely thin. In fact it was so light weight, I thought the box was empty. Lesson learned: I will never buy any jewelry ( or shoes) online again. There is no substitute for going to a store and getting a feel for what you want to purchase. Too bad Macy’s closed my local store in Brooklyn.

Fools gold

I was completely dumbfounded when I got the package in the mail. It was surprisingly so thin and flimsy. This is my first jewelry purchase from Macys I thought for sure I wouldn’t be disappointed on anything they carry in the jewelry department. Not mention the advertisement mention nothing about a heart shaped charmed clasp. The shine from it was magnificent but the quality feel is less than desirable. Upset about the lack of information in the product details compared to what came in. With that kind of marketing I doubt j will buy anything in the future from their jewelry department.

Disappointed- breaks easily

pretty but breaks easily, I was simply wearing it and it fell off of my neck, not the clasp, the chain broke
