This comforter set is gorgeous and is excellent quality; high thread count, beautifully trimmed. The fabric on the shams and throw pillows is matched. I am very happy with this purchase.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The picture was not good. The color of this comforter was more a khaki greenish tent, and it arrived wrapped in a plastic bag . Not the type you usually see bedding packed in. It was probably a previous return. I will not order anything online form Macy's again.

Lovely Jacobean Pillow
Harmonizes with many colors and good size. Just what I needed to tie the drapes and new furniture together. Only downside is that I wish the pattern was on the back rather than plain beige. Cost cutting I'm sure, but what if the front gets dirty?

DO NOT pay for 2 day shipping. It wont arrive.
I paid extra for 1–2 day shipping because I needed this item by a specific date. After placing my order, I was notified that delivery is now expected in 6 days, which is slower than standard shipping. Charging customers for expedited shipping and then failing to deliver within that timeframe is unacceptable and misleading. I attempted to resolve this through the website’s chat feature, but it was completely ineffective. The system only connects to a bot that cannot address real issues, offer solutions, or provide actual customer support. If you cannot honor expedited shipping, you should not be charging for it. I expect a full refund of the expedited shipping fee, as the service I paid for was not provided. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
