Other occasion to buy:Pillow does not have enough loft for side sleeping. The stuffing inevitably shifts and you wake up with a lump behind your head, a crick in your neck, and almost no support beneath your head. Very disappointing.

Disappointing

A friend of mine searched high and low for a great pillow and landed on this one. Her's felt firm yet soft and just prefect. I searched this pillow on another large online retailer and saw many recent reviews saying the pillow had changed and no longer had as much fill out support. Sadly, I agree with them. I wake up with my cheek smashed to the mattress, a crick in my neck, and the filling all behind my head. It doesn't hold its shape at all and sleeps very hot.

So soft but supportive

I've had a streak of bad luck with pillows, bought these Isotonics last week based on all the good reviews. All i can say is - wow! so soft, but also supportive. i am exclusively a side sleeper, been dealing with sore shoulders for a long time (i'm also plus size which doesn't help). Shoulder pain def better. These feel like down/feather, just heaven. I've been using shredded memory foam pillows over the last year - why did i suffer for so long? When these go flat, I will buy again!
