Poor Quality

The new airers aren’t as robust as the old one we replaced, everything appears slimmed down to the minimum material required. This is confirmed by the old cover which fits loosely over the new one, also the plastic string (best description I can use) to secure it when closed doesn’t look as though it will last long - previous one had a more substantial Velcro band. Paid extra for the colour however the braces when open are silver so looks cheap. Disappointing from Brabantia.

Easily installed

A good line and easily installed. Only thing would say is use a bag of post crete to help stabalise and firm up base if ground is soft.

Light and easy to use

Very easy to use, nice and light. Great drying space. Would recommend cementing in the ground spike but that doesn't detract from the dryer in anyway.

Quality Products.

I've had a Brabantia Rotary Washing Line for 11 years with absolutely no trouble until the line suddenly broke. Had no hesitation in replacing it with another Brabantia model. Comes with a ground spike, line cover, peg bag and pegs. Love the fact it also comes with a 5 year warranty, perfect. Didnt need the spike but nice to have a spare. Smooth to lift, lower, rotate, loads of space to hang everything and easily adjusts in height so can use it to lay bedding flat on top. I've shopped here for other Brabantia items and like their quality, reputation and price.

A great washing line

Bought as a replacement for my previous Brabantia Lift-O-Matic Advance that had the mechanism finally give up. Now the kids are in uni we didn't need such a big line and this model seems perfect - smaller, broadly the same great mechanism and a grey option too. Now we're using it and it works as expected. Brabantia should make ground spike hole reducing adaptors or something - I had a concreted in 50mm spike and this is 45mm - so had to buy something else to ensure the line was stable in the old, larger hole.
