Wrong iron in box

The iron I received was not a Rowenta iron, and the sales clerk did not offer to replace the iron, so that I could get sale price.

Used Merchandise!!

The iron I received was used. You could even see the water droplets in side of it. I returned it to the store. Upon further investigations, I discovered that there were already multiple reviews with the same issue. i am considering NEVER ordering from Macy's again since this is a definite indication of extreme carelessness on behalf of Macy's. Buyer Beware!!

Rowenta is king

I love the Rowenta brand. It is the only type of iron I will consider. The reason I chose this one was the purple color. It is beautiful. Works as well as anticipated.

Rowenta Iron, a next to professional experience

Ok

I won't use the steam option because it leaks. It does the job even though. I have cotton blouses and use starch but have to re-iron because I can't get results I want. Overall I'll use this iron as a backup. Still searching for a great iron.

Macys selling used irons

After reading all of the reviews I decided to purchase the iron online for pick-up at Macys. Upon opening box iron had been used! Iron returned back to Macys for refund!
