I've always used Rowenta irons they are the best. I ordered this purple Rowenta to replace my old one and just received it. First of all the box was damaged and water stains inside the box; water was in the tank reservoir as well as some scratches on the iron plate. I got a great deal and haven't used it yet but just wondering is this a used/refurbished iron. The description did not indicate that. Very disappointed in the way I received such a great product. Let's hope this new iron will work as good as my old Rowenta.

Received Used Product
I am returning this steam iron because it arrived in used condition. The water reservoir contained water and the unit showed clear signs of prior use. This is unacceptable for an item sold as new. I expect better quality control and will be requesting a full refund.

Disappointment
I was so excited to get my first Rowanta Iron! From day one I can't put water in the iron because it leaks all over my clothes. What a big disappointment😔
