Only lasted 3 years

The iron only lasted 3 years with occasional usage. It started to leak occasionally at 2.5 years and got progressively worse until I threw it away. I drained it and checked the Anti-Calc valve whenever I used it.

Sewer's Aid

I bought this iron to replace another Rowenta that I'd dropped so many times it was leaking, poor thing. This is a fine replacement. Weight is good for vanishing wrinkles, as is the steam component. This is a great iron for people who sew and need seams steamed open and the project ironed. It's also great for regular ironing.

Dumps Water After 14 Months of Light Use

Have owned Rowenta irons for many years, typically last many years. The Everlast Anti-Calc model purchased 14 months ago, used twice per month already shot, leaking water profusely from its base when in vertical position. Defective design, not operator abuse. Not planning on purchasing Rowenta in future!
