i got this iron june 9th 2022 today is September 21st 2022 and the iron already stop working. i called Macy's i was given a 1800 number to call the manufacturer . i know it's going to be a run around. Macy's needs to stop selling .

Ruined a shirt after 3 weeks. I'm done!!!
I have used Rowenta irons for years because I like the steam power. But I'm disappointed that Rowenta can make an iron that doesn't leak. I brought this iron 3 weeks ago and I'm about to return. It has the making and features of a good iron but just doesn't live up to the expectations. First, the light never goes off to tell you the iron is ready. The iron doesn't get that hot. As you're ironing, it's so easy for you to touch the spray button and water is coming out. It's leaks already. Furthermore, the deal breaker is brown bubbles started coming out the iron as I ironed a white polo shirt for an event I was attending. I emptied the iron of water after every use and followed all directions. Cost too much money for this headaches. Sending back and looking for another brand. I'm done.

Not keep it
I’m returning it. It doesn’t stay heated, it heats and then cools and then hits and cools, etc. It might save on energy but makes it hard to iron a garment or a table cloth with out stopping to let it heat up again.

works well
I've been using Rowenta irons for years and while they only last about 4-5years at best (the auto off feature breaks and keeps cutting if off while using), I still like them and re-purchase the updated style. Their irons are heavy and do a great job of ironing. The shot of steam is good too. I do a lot of ironing as I don't like to see wrinkles.
I’m glad my old iron went kaput. I love my new Rowenta steam iron. I use it practically everyday for sewing projects.

Terrible
I've bought a couple of these iron brand in the past and the quality has become poor. Lots of water leaks and wrinkles take longer to get rid of. I would not recommend Rowenta. I'm sure you can find something better for the price these cost.

Great quality product
This iron is of great quality and works so well! It’s easy to handle and does a fantastic job ironing hard to reach corners in clothes.
