Adjusting to the IXEO - not what I expected

I did not expect the product to be all plastic... Upon assembly we broke a little plastic tab that locks one piece into another. I worry that the product will not hold up.

Good product

I like my Rowenta steamer. However, the tank doesn’t hold a lot water and I wish the table could tilt straight. Overall a good product and quality.

Happy with the quality of the iron and ease of ironing!

Like the ease of ironing all clothes and linens. It is light, and the fact that we don’t have to regulate temperature is just awesome.

Ok and needs improvement

The steam works great and does the job well, but the construction could use some improvement. The ironing board has a plastic base, and since it’s something you have to use daily, I don’t think it will last more than 5 months before breaking. It would also be nice if it came with a rotating hanger with shoulders to better fit men’s t-shirts. Overall, I’m still getting used to it, but the performance of the steam itself is solid.

I bought in October 2024 and it stopped working July 2025

I've only had the steamer for 8 months and it's already stopped working. The unit is heard running, the water tank gets hot but no steam comes out of it only water drips from the iron. Big waste of $250

I love this steam iron!!!

This has actually made doing laundry enjoyable and has cut the time in half. Nothing burns. I haven't flattened the ironing board as I use it next to my full size one that's already horizontal. The steam always comes out steamy. The button is easy to push. I had a little difficulty at first putting it together but then it has been easy street. I use distilled water. Hope it lasts. Must have item if you do a lot of laundry at home you want steamed and ironed. Sometimes I use a little spray on starch as needed if I want parts of my clothes crispy! I think the top hook could be better, where you hang your hanger to step the clothes. And not entirely sure how to use the pants clips. Anyhow, I've been recommending to everyone! Love it!
