Disappointed

The handle of the teapot was broken. No option to exchange due to damage and Macy's is charging me to return the set even though teapot was broken.

Dish wear

Overall it was excellent Joe from Camp Hill took care of me and the lady in New Jersey the manager help me out tremendously
