The earrings could be better if it was made bigger. This really fits a little girl. I wish they would have a survey on who majority their buyers are and hoping it is grown ups not little girls.

Poor quality

The settings feel very cheaply made, and the stones I got were of terrible quality. I understand that this item is not the last word in luxury jewelry, but I think I've seen nicer examples at Claire's for a hundedth of the price.

Worst Shopping experience ever.

Worst Shopping Experience I've ever had. Paid maximum shipping to get gere for a special event, and my item never left the warehouse. I called to cancel-they said it was cancelled and I'd have to wait 16 days for a refund. then got a notice over 2 weeks later saying it had shipped.

Inferior customer service after procuring earrings

This is the second time that I have had an issue with the backings of the earrings being different. As a result, having different backings for the aforementioned does not hold them in place. Are earring backings that difficult to ship a paying customer the same kind of backing?

Interesting ruby - buyer beware

The rubies are not even close to being clear. Very cloudy and more pink than red. Also the post on one earring is black like it was burned? Anyhow I love the design, so I'm keeping them, and the price was very good. Maybe someday I'll have the rubies replaced with a better quality ruby.
