Good for walking and low impact circuit training

The shoes are wearing well and are well made. They are fairly lightweight. The sizing is correct for my wide feet.

Great walker, light weight & comfy

I have purchased Dash 3 for myself & my mother for years. We both love this shoe for around the house & walking. They are lightweight on your foot & in summer because they have mesh & breathe. Our only wish would be that Ryka would bring back the white which was discontinued a few years back. That was always the summer go to shoe & we miss that color.

Won’t repurchase this style

I had to put my orthotics in these shoes to keep my feet from leaning in. I normally wear a 7, I probably could have gotten a 6.5 in this shoe.
