Too big

Loved the red color but way too big. Returned and went down from 71/2 to a 61/2. Hopefully that will work.

One shoe fit differently than the other

I was really excited for these because I wanted a simple looking shoe that was well cushioned. Unfortunately, of the pair I received the left shoe felt like it may have been stretched out or previously worn. Additionally, the zipper doesn't stay up. The right shoe fit perfectly and I've not had this issue with shoes previously. I've worn them a couple of times and tried to put a heel pad inside the shoe to make the fit snugger but it hasn't helped. Since I've worn them and added the sticky pad, I cannot return them. Should have return them immediately.

Beautiful boot which did not fit me.

I loved the look but had to return them. I have a wide forefoot and a narrow heel. The toe area was perfect but the heels slipped a lot and so I could not wear them. I was disappointed because I really liked the color and the look. I purchased a wide based on previous purchases and did not think the B width would fit my toes. .
