Base is only 73 in long and cannot use headboard
This twin adjustable base is advertised on the Macy's website as 74.5" long and on the Saatva website as 75" long; however, it was barely 73" long. As a result, the mattress, which is a standard 75" long, hangs over the top end of the base by 2", and even with the headboard brackets fully extended 2" from the frame, a headboard cannot be attached and still allow the head of the bed to be raised and lowered -- it gets stuck on the headboard! Ridiculous. We are in the process of trying to return it.
