Awesome play pen
I have had many play pens or play yards over the years and I will say that I love the features in this one the most. The bassinet is great for when baby first comes home as it is easy to reach and snuggles the baby great. The bassinet is removable and the flip away changer is cool. Love that they are easy to remove. The toy bar is really cute and I dig all the outside pockets. It has 2 wheels which makes moving it around the house easy. It also comes with it's own carrying bag to use for storage. Would definitely recommend.

Play and stay play yard
The padding on the insert is exceptionally soft, which adds significant value to it. Another notable feature is the changing table, which can be easily flipped up and out of the way without the need to disassemble or assemble anything. Additionally, I strategically placed the changing table next to the pockets, allowing for quick access to wipes, diapers, and paste. This arrangement is absolutely perfect and ensures convenience. I particularly appreciated the quick setup and effortless takedown. The included carry case is ideal for travel, and the bassinet is sturdy. Moreover, the diaper area is conveniently designed. The fabric is also easy to clean.

Perfect for our 2 story home
So easy to set up and take apart for traveling purposes. I needed somewhere for the baby to nap during the day when we are downstairs and I love that it has the changing table adaption. No need to run upstairs. I would definitely buy this product or buy it for someone that is having a baby.

I loved this product, it has the all the needed things for a newborn: the changing area, the small bassinet area. The space to play or place the baby for quick naps is great. The material looks high quality and the fabric design is nice. I love that it is super easy and quick to instal, it took less than 10 minutes. The size is perfect to move it to any place!

My baby loves this new pack and play
My baby loves this new pack and play, not only it's easy to set up, it's sturdy and comfortable. It has different compartments such as bassinet for newborn stage, another bassinet for diaper change. Would recommend it to all parents.

Meh.
The bassinet got filthy after one month of use and you can’t remove to wash it which is crazy with a newborn. We had to use our spot cleaner. Secondly, the middle bassinet is soooo hard it’s like a piece of plyboard. And they don’t sell anything safe to make it more comfy. A lot of the 5 star reviews are for people who got the product for free. This is a real review of a real person using it for 4 months, and while it’s aesthetically pleasing, I’d look for another option.

Response from doreljuvenile.com
Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed, real‑world review and your experience matters. You’re right that the insert isn’t removable for machine washing. It’s designed to be spot‑cleaned, but we understand that with a newborn, that’s may not be ideal. We will provide this feedback and information to our quality and design team. As for the middle bassinet (using the included floorboard/mattress) feeling too firm, that’s intentional for safe sleep standards and the play yard meets or exceeds regulations. Your experience as someone who purchased and used it for months is incredibly valuable, and we appreciate you sharing it honestly. Our Consumer Care Team is happy to help if you have any other questions, concerns or issues with your Play yard and you can reach us at 1-800-544-1108.
