Helps baby sleep!
The rocking feature helps baby fall asleep easier and can convert into a safe place to let baby play. I like to use this if I need to put baby somewhere safe briefly if I have my hands full. The rest and romp is contemporary looking and functional for modern families. It is compact and works nicely in small spaces. I was kindly given this for free so that I could review it.

Great Bassinet
The Rest and Romp playyard really exceeded my expectations. It's lightweight and folds so flat. Perfe t to have at grandparent's or babysitter's house. I love the neutral design. I would definitely recommend this bassinet. I'm happy I was able to try it out

Loved it and Excellent Product
My daughter is 4 months old. We use it downstairs in our house when we work or cook. She loves to sleep when we put her in for viewing as well as to make her sleep. Simple assembly and excellent product. Definitely recommend for everyone

Excellent product
This play yard was very easy to use. It seems comfortable for taking in and out for the baby. Looks durable and sturdy. The only problem was moving it from one room to another. I just wish it had wheels.

Pretty and versatile but sound machine needs some work
My husband set up the rest and romp play yard for our baby coming in January. We plan on using it as a bassinet for the first few months. It was easy to set up. It's modern and sleek looking in pretty neutrals. It's breathable with mesh all around. The sheet is easy to remove and clean. I wish the whole thing was washable though. It can rock or be stationary, which will be nice in the middle of night to smooth baby. Even on the higher setting, the mattress is a little too low to reach baby straight from the bed. Not a big deal though. Unzipping it to change it to a play yard was easy. It's pretty small though but will be useful for when baby is mobile and I need to run to another room for a second. The worst feature is the sound machine that attaches to the side of the play yard. It's completely useless. You have to cycle through all the music and various sound levels to find the song you want. Definitely not able to use it while baby is sleeping. The vibration feature is nice but also not great. It's just one button and you have to keep clicking to get to the vibration level you want. So if you have a sensitive baby, they could wake up as you pass by the highest vibration setting. The buttons are also sensitive. I accidentally brushed against it and turned on the music. That would definitely be a problem if there was a sleeping baby in it! Even though the sound machine is a bust, you can easily remove it. Overall the play yard is nice and looks like it will be great for my baby but the sound machine isn't very practical.

I would recommend this product
we're first time parents so this was perfect for us, it is really useful, lightweight, comfortable and our little girl seems to like it. I can watch her really close when we are sleeping and make sure she's ok. I would recommend.

ROCK N PLAY
This was super easy to put together overall and no tools required for the actual bassinet. You will need one to put batteries in the sound machine. This is very nice looking and appealing. We use it in our living room for nap time. The rocking is very jerky but has stoppers.
