Negative experience

Very negative experience through Macy’s call center. I received the wrong product. I received a pair of Gucci instead of a Saint Laurent. I called to see if they could take care of the original order. I was promised the Saint Laurent would be expidited through the Macy’s call center.. I never received confirmation through email so I call the Macy’s call center again I was told 3 different versions of what happen and what was not going to happen.. Terrible service, very poor communication skills. I had to reorder the glasses.

Beware—No card, came crammed in wrong case

Glasses arrived crammed in very tight, small, awkward case, inappropriate for these large sunglasses. No card either. Disappointing.

Return it.

I recently had a laser treatment on my face, so I needed oversized sunglasses with thick frames to cover it. Although my face isn’t that big, the sides of the sunglasses were too tight and they didn’t sit properly on my nose bridge, making them very uncomfortable. In the end, I decided to return it. Sad!

Authenticity?

The Glasses came with no authenticity card and the lens cleaning cloth was not new appeared used. I am going to return them.

Beautiful, light weight, clear lens

Beautiful glasses and not heavy. The lenses are very clear and not too dark. Full eye protection from the sun. I wore them boating and they stayed fit in fast winds. Highly recommend!
