A steamer with no steam

It’s says 30 minutes to warm the water for steam. How about 1hr wait still no steam. Don’t waste your money.

Easy steam

This steamer is easy to use, heats rapidly, and I am really glad I purchased it. My only negative comment is I wish it was on wheels.

Missing garment pole

The service I received was amazing. I had contacted the company directly and let them know my garment pole was missing from the box and they immediately offered to send me a replacement. I was extremely relieved that they took action so quickly.
