Uneven Grind

I bought this grinder 4 months ago to replace my excellent Salton grinder that stopped working. This new grinder is very poor. No matter how I go about it, the fine grind is uneven with large chunks. It's wasting expensive coffee beans. I have used Salton grinders for many, many years and have never had one this bad. I am extremely disappointed in Salton!

Hi NancyL, your Salton grinder model CG2123 is calibrated to produce even (fine, medium or coarse) grinding results based on the setting. Do not overload the removable bowl and be sure of the cup and coarseness settings match the contents in the bowl. Best investment!

Awesome Grinder – Super Easy to Use!

Disappointed Christmas

Order a Christmas gift for my daughter, the coffee grinder and the item was send to me not wrapped. I returned it a few days later because it was to be a surprise gift . Guess I will have to think of something different.

Grind evenly coffee

It can grind evenly fine coffee. But the switch of the coarse or fine doesn't make any difference. I choose pulse for my daily brewed coffee, otherwise it will be too fine no matter what I choose
