Trouble with the button

I used this for the first time 3 days back and everything was fine. Second time onwards the switch does not stay on cook and keeps reverting back to the warm position. I have tried every thing on my end but nothing helps. This is just after one use. Is my product defective or can troubleshooting help. It was purchased in October 2021 but used only 3 days back for the first time.

Short life span

The rice cooker was great for the first nine months. After that, I noticed it started to flip to warm mode and rice was still uncooked. This happened more and more, so after just one and a half years I became frustrated and got rid of it.

not safe

this is not a safe rice cooker, the bowl on the inside is not stable, it wobbles, and if you are not careful the water and contents, can wobble out, and give you 3rd degree burns on your hand, I was burnt badly.

Easy simple rice cooker that works great. Use this on a daily basis and have had no issues. Also great to bring along when you go to the cottage as it won't take much counter space up.
