Best friend

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love this mug warmer. Now my tea stays warm all the time. I’m the morning I am always busy running around and my tea gets cold - with the warmer I can have my tea warm when I want it

Not enough heat.

Did not keep coffee even warm. Maybe I got a dud but it didn't work for me.

Salton's Mug Warmer model SMW12 is not designed to heat coffee. It is intended to keep coffee warm at an optimal temperature for consumption. CustomerCare

Didn’t work.

Bought this as a gift for a friend that lived with me. It failed to do the job. Didn’t keep the drink warm at all. Ended up returning it and purchasing a set of bodum double wall glasses.
