Used items sold as new

These were sold to me used. Marks all over the bottom of the shoes. I went to return them because I’m not paying full price for a used item and the lady said she couldn’t take them back because they were used. I argued with her that they came like that and that I didn’t use them, someone else did. She refused until I asked for a manager and the manager okayed the return. This is a terrible position to put a customer in, to be accused for using an item in front of other people. It was embarrassing and not okay! Do better and check the items you’re selling.

Colour and material make these shoes very elegant.

These would be perfectttt except they’re way bigger than expected. I even exchanged my first order to size down and it was still too big!

Perfect For everyday

These are by far the best heels, I own, bought them in multiple styles and colors, highly recommend. They are the perfect tight for my foot. Come in wide and regular. So anyone can wear them super easy to walk in.

Absolutely gorgeous

Loved these. I got them in the patent leather chocolate color. Absolutely gorgeous. I wear a size 7 and these for perfectly. Super comfortable on the first day. Wore them for 6 hours and I was in no pain at all. Didn’t need to break them in. However, I wore them two days in a row and on the second day they were killing me. Not sure what that’s about. So 4 stars because of that.
