Odd sizing
Although these are attractive as far as color, stitching, and overall style, they have a very odd fit. I usually run between an 8.5 and 9. Somehow they were tight but loose at the same time. They were very uncomfortable to walk in. Ended up returning them.

Great boot but runs .5 size small
I tried a different color on at the store, which fit well in my size, but when I received these they were way too tight. Very disappointing as SE does not have a 10.5 and the 11 will be too big.

Too Soft Soles
I’ve had these 2 years. Found them very cute and comfortable. However, the soles are incredibly soft. Too soft. I keep my leather goods in great condition but these soles have completely worn down and the mileage I’ve put on them does not justify that much wear. Too expensive for something that only lasted two winter seasons. Not seeing the quality in Sam Edelman anymore.

awkwardly fitting boot
While I like the stylishness of the boot, trying it on felt uncomfortable. It appears that the innersole was not placed in a balanced way inside the boot. It felt crooked. It made me feel off balance (if you will). also, the boot itself felt large for its noted size. As such, I would like to return them. I am willing to accept an exchange for the same boot but without the poorly placed innersole. I look forward to hearing from you as to the necessary steps to be take in order to make a return.
