Let me de-influence you from buying these. If you want to wear them occasionally, sure. But these are not everyday boots. Ive had them a month and they scratch incredibly easily and the leather at the toes have worn down A LOT considering i’ve only worn them a handful of times. Granted, I live in NYC and i’ve worn them around on the streets but i have must less expensive shoes that have held up a lot better. They also aren’t the most comfortable.

serious comfort!!
These are easily my most comfortable boot! Walked a mile to an NHL game, walked through the stadium, up & down stairs to our seats, walked another mile home… barely even knew I was wearing heels. That pointed footbed doesn’t squeeze my toes together. I’m 5’5” and the shaft of the boot hits me right at the bottom of my knee - so when I sit, it does hit the back of my thigh, though it is not stiff or uncomfortable. Note on regular vs wide calf: I did try both. I went with the wide calf because the regular dug into the bottom of my knee cap when standing upright. I think unless you have hotdog legs, you’ll probably want wide calf

Too difficult to take off
I purchased these in a 6 wide calf, the foot fits good but the calf is too wide and very difficult to take off. If no one was around to pull them off I don’t know how I would have taken them off. I love the deep green but I will be returning them.

The boots were beautiful. I ordered wide calf in a 6 1/2 but they still did not fit and there was a lot of slack still left and I could not pull them up. I had to return them unfortunately.

These boots are simply beautiful, and the ability to get a wider calf made them extremely comfortable. I get compliments on them every time I wear them. The fit is fantastic, the heel not too high, and I can wear and walk in them for hours. The knee height length is great under pants, as well as with skirts and leggings, tucked in. The leather is soft and supple and simply beautiful. I do have one complaint. I love to wear these boots with my wide leg trousers. On the back heel of the boot is a little metal SE logo. This little logo catches on the hem of my pants, and has ripped two pairs of pants' hems completely out. I've had to hem them again, which annoys me. When I wear the boots with pants now, I have to place a piece of flexible medical tape over the logo, so they don't catch the hem. I understand logo and branding, but this one is very destructive and annoying. I wish I could take it off without damaging the boot!

Wide calf actually fits!
Finally found a wide calf boot that fits (with a little extra room)! Boots have a classic style which I can wear with a ton of outfits. Love the boots so much, I also bought them in black. Only wish boots did not come with a big bright green sticker (that says Wide Calf) on the bottom of the boot. They were very difficult to remove.
