too tight

I do not have wide calves, never have, never had to order "W" and as much as i loved these boots the calves on a "regular" width were so incredibly tight i could not believe it!! i wanted a boot to wear with jeans and there was no way these would go over jeans, but there is also no way i would order a wide.. also, conversely, the foot /ankle area left too much space!!! very disappointed and back they went!
