cute for the price but terrible customer support

They’re very cute for the price, but definitely not the most comfortable sneaker I’ve ever had. Run slightly small. I bought 2 sizes because of the limited stock. HORRIBLE customer service. I shipped back the second pair 3 months ago & I’ve yet to get my refund. Tracking says they arrived back to them 3 days after I shipped. I reached out with no response.
