I recently purchased this suitcase, and unfortunately, after using it for the first time, the main zipper stopped working. It opens by itself, and I don't know what to do. I'm disappointed because I expected more durability.

This is a very nice looking case, however I do not like the fact that it doesn’t have a side pocket in the case and also one of the outside zipper areas has mesh that is integrated with the inside. Did not realize this until coming to use it. I do not like the handle, it is difficult to extend and close and does not feel sturdy. The plus is the case is very light. I got it on sale and think even at the discounted amount it is overpriced. I have my doubts it will hold up as well as the other brand I had been using for 9 years and travelled the world with. Unfortunately it’s been discontinued.

I haven’t taken this bag on a trip with me yet, but I’m excited to use it. I switched to hard side several years ago and thought I would switch back. I love the outside pockets of soft sided luggage, and it’s a full pound lighter than my hard side bag before I ever pack it. I’ll know more in another month when I take a big trip but for now I’m very happy with this piece. And I love the color!

I purchased this carry-on because it was light weight. The color wasn't exactly what I thought it would be and considered returning it for a different color, but on reflection decided to keep it. It would be a companion piece to a full size red Samsonite roller. The mauve haze pink was pinky-purple, kind of a girly color, but less likely to be absconded and more likely to be recognized as mine in a sea of black carry-ons.

Fabric is very delicate. One trip and there are holes in the corners. I wrote a previous review, Samaonite emailed me that they would get back to me and never did, and then deleted my review and photo, so here is another.

It came with smudges inside and outside of the suitcase. And the wheel seems like it was dragged around before. The pictures were taken right after the luggage unboxed and it is already have signs of use. Disappointed at Macy
