I bought this in 2023 and have used it 3-4 times...its already really scratched up.

Used once. Wheel broke off. Bag was not overweight. Trying to navigate the warranty process is impossible. Purchased 12/10 for a flight 12/11.

I purchased this bag on December 7, 2025 for a flight on December 12, 2025 from Michigan to California. When I retrieved my luggage from baggage claim I was unable to extend the handle. After one use the bag is of no use to me as a result of cheap materials. Do yourself a favor and avoid this purchase at all costs as it is a complete waste of money.

Absolute garbage. Wheels break after single use and Samsonite’s planned obsolescence strategy makes it virtually impossible to replace the wheels, preventing repair and forcing customers to purchase new luggage.

Description of product states it was 27” size. Product received was 24”. Support claimed it was correct and if I wanted to return it I could. However, got a good Black Friday deal and they are now gone. Not satisfied with resolution.
