Absolute garbage. Wheels break after single use and Samsonite’s planned obsolescence strategy makes it virtually impossible to replace the wheels, preventing repair and forcing customers to purchase new luggage.

Great Compact Suitcase
Have owned for over 6 years and has held up very well. Yeah you will get some scratches from airport travel and just opening it on the ground, but the zipper sections and vinyl have held up remarkably well, even when I put some strain on it. Also a second zipper can be unzipped to expand the internal capacity, which has helped me on several occasions. Overall a capable, compact, and, if you care, stylish, rolling suitcase.

freeform luggage
Bought the two piece large and carry on for son traveling to Japan and South Korea. Large is too big to use. 62 linear inches is their limit on size so beware shoppers. Freeform large is 65 linear inches.

I bought two 27” Freeform Samsonite suitcases online on Black Friday. I received 2 24” Freeform suitcases. I called and explained they sent the wrong size. The lady I talked to told me they would send the correct ones and I should return the 24” After a few days when I did not see a confirmation email on the corrected order I called again and was emphatically told that she could not do anything to help me. Nothing. She told me to go into a store. Well you closed the nearest one to me and next closest one is over an hour from me. Thought that was a rude comment and cannot believe that a Macys representative would not make this right for me!!! They made the mistake!
