Very upset with this product. I was excited to buy this as a present for my son, who is a frequent traveler, and upon his very first trip the bag came back so scratched and scuffed--far beyond any typical wear and tear. The whole bag is a total eyesore. I believe the quality is way poorer than I was led to believe. He was so upset and doesn't want to use the luggage now, and I am extremely disappointed in Samsonite and this product.

I bought this in 2023 and have used it 3-4 times...its already really scratched up.

Used once. Wheel broke off. Bag was not overweight. Trying to navigate the warranty process is impossible. Purchased 12/10 for a flight 12/11.

Poor Craftsmanship = Damaged On First Use
I purchased this bag on December 7, 2025 for a flight on December 12, 2025 from Michigan to California. When I retrieved my luggage from baggage claim I was unable to extend the handle. After one use the bag is of no use to me as a result of cheap materials. Do yourself a favor and avoid this purchase at all costs as it is a complete waste of money.
